• Bridge and wharf remediation

• Underwater welding and cutting

• Pipeline installation and maintenance

• Underwater inspections and cleaning

• Salvage operations

• Reservoir maintenance

3. All services are subject to availability and agreement.

4. Quotes and Payments

• Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• A deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking.

• Full payment must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays and work towards timely completion.
 

6. Client Responsibilities
 

• Provide accurate project information and approvals on time.

• Ensure our team has site access during agreed working hours.

• Obtain necessary permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed.

 

7. Warranties and Liability
 

• We offer a warranty on workmanship for 12 months.

• We are not liable for damages due to misuse, third-party work, or unforeseen external factors.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All design concepts and documentation remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not use, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
 

9. Dispute Resolution
 

• Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication.

• If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or legal proceedings in Queensland, Australia.
